What is Red Mercury and does it exist? Up until now, it has been looked at as mythical pure fusion bomb, which the Russians may well have developed. However, should it truly exist and should it fall into the wrong hands, it has the potential to cause destruction on an enormous scale. A secret Russian weapons research facility has sent a clandestine cargo on a flight out of the USSR to London and then on a British Airways flight to New York. The plane never makes it to the USA as it catches fire and goes down in the Atlantic, with all lives lost. Suspicions are raised about some of its cargo and MI5 hire an American salvage company to retrieve it. However once on American soil it mysteriously disappears. In several weeks time the Russian President will come to Washington to sign the SALT-1 agreement, with the American President. There are people from within both countries that do not want this to happen and they have devised a devastating plan, the consequences that may well start WW3. The US President and the Russian Prime Minister both contact the British Prime Minister asking for her help in the form of Max Storm and the OSC, working on the premise that they both have traitors amongst their respective communities and to utilise their own people would result in failure to stop the impending catastrophe. The OSC arrive covertly on US soil in an attempt to avert WW3. On top of this, a high profile IRA terrorist’s escapes custody and begins a reign of terror in London. Max Storm and the OSC are the UK's first and last line of offence.

When John McCormack, a Scottish mining engineer living and working in Ghana, visited Jimmie in his Barons Court flat, accompanied by his girlfriend, Veronica Sam, Jimmie, who had only recently met the engineer while on a visit to the mining town of Tarkwa, had a business proposal. He would persuade him to go into business, trafficking gold. If he agreed, John would get the gold from the mining company in a manner only he would determine, Jimmie would fly to Ghana, collect it, and bring it to England to sell. The two would split the proceeds straight down the middle. With Veronica present, however, Jimmie was somewhat inhibited but hoped for an opportune moment to bring up the subject. While skirting around the subject during a discussion of the dire economic situation prevailing in Ghana, the engineer suddenly said, "You know, in Ghana today, and especially in Nigeria, red mercury is a hot commodity. A teaspoon full of the stuff will bring you several thousand naira." Jimmie registered the statement in his mind and decided that perhaps the red mercury track would be more lucrative than his business plan. In any case, he did not know how John McCormack would take the suggestion. Lured by prospects of striking it rich, Jimmie Quartey, recently graduated from Kings College, University of London, and his live-in girlfriend, Maria Kostopoulos, spent their lives' savings on twenty kilograms of mercuric oxide red and embarked upon a journey that would take them on a whirlwind tour lasting for almost eight weeks in Nigeria.

Now we know what spooked the Allies in the closing months of the war and why they were in such a panic to win quickly. The Allies assembled intelligence reports of supermetals, electric guns, and ray weapons able to stop the engines of Allied aircraft in addition to their worst fears of x-ray and laser weaponry. Then there were the bombs. Contained in this book are reports of structured bombs of nipolit, N-stoff bombs, cold bombs, oxygen bombs which destroyed all life, atomic bombs and rumors of the mysterious molecular bomb. The true history of the fuel-air bomb is revealed by our own military. There is even a probability that the SS black alchemists of the 3rd Reich were experimenting with red mercury bomb technology. This book documents very large mystery rockets under development in Germany, far beyond the V-2. Technological history is also examined. Guess who invented the computer, magnetic tape and computer programs? How about refining crude oil using sound waves or producing gasoline for 11 cents per gallon or the synthetic penicillin substitute, "3065"? Very exotic technologies are also discussed including German experiments in time, sustained fusion reactions, zero point energy and travel in deep space. Chapters include: The Kammler Group; German Flying Disc Update (Witness to a German Flying Disc); The Electromagnetic Vampire; Liquid Air; Synthetic Blood; German Free Energy Research; German Atomic Tests; "Project Hexenkessel" The Fuel-Air Bomb; Supermetals; Red Mercury; Means To Stop Engines; Magnetic Wave-Motorstoppmittel; "Death Rays"; Distillation of Crude Oil Using Sound Waves; What is Happening in Antarctica?; Large German Mystery Rockets; Experiments in Time; tons more.

South Africa's Weapons of Mass Destruction offers an in-depth view of the secret development and voluntary disarmament of South Africa's nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons program, Project Coast. Helen E. Purkitt and Stephen F. Burgess explore how systems used for nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons in South Africa were acquired and established beyond the gaze of international and domestic political actors. On the basis of archival evidence from Project Coast and their own extensive interviews with military and political officials, Purkitt and Burgess consider what motivates countries to acquire and build such powerful weaponry and examine when and how decisions are made to dismantle a military arsenal voluntarily. Questions such as how to destroy weapons safely and keep them from reappearing on international markets are considered along with comparative strategies for successful disarmament in other nation-states.
