The book on Uttarakhand begins its discussion by not the issues of policy but rather the rich heritage of flaura and fauna that Uttarakhand possesses and seeks to explain methods in which they can be used to strengthen the economy of the state. The book proposes a model for Uttarakhand that can be witnessed to be a developmental stalwart for the state.
