How do you date your best friend? That's the nagging question on Chloe Clark's mind after she lands her romantic storybook ending with her bestie/next-door neighbor, Liam McGeary. Now that they are officially a couple, what does that mean for their relationship? How do they go from snarky conversations about who has the longest fry to heavy petting? The situation is only made harder because Liam is a virgin and wants to save that part of himself for marriage. Chloe knows she won't be the girl Liam ends up walking down the aisle with, but boy oh boy, she'll have fun playing with him in the meantime, riding that purity line as far as she can. But with Liam always eager and ready to play, it makes the job of restraining her desire a constant challenge. Chloe knows herself well when it comes to guys, though. She always jumps in too fast, becomes clingy, and scares men away. If she wants this moment to last with Liam, she'll have to turn the heat down and learn how to date him without her usual moves. Practice makes perfect, right? It worked for their first hundred kisses. Now comes the hard part: dating. The Second 100 Kisses is the full steam ahead contemporary friends-to-lovers sequel to The First 100 Kisses. Proceed with caution and grab a fan. It's about to get steamy.

"I have a huge favor to ask." Chloe Clark's smoking hot neighbor and best friend, Liam, needed her help. To practice his kissing. Chloe knew it wasn't a joke. Liam was socially awkward, and on the spectrum, which was why he was still single at 33. Women didn't understand Liam the way Chloe did. Yeah, he was odd, but he was her bestie. She had her issues, too. Like always falling for the wrong guys. But that’s what made them work as besties. They accepted each other for who they were. No pretending. No games. Perfectly platonic. So when Liam asked Chloe for help to get him ready for a second chance date with his high school sweetheart she could hardly say no. After all, Liam was woefully inexperienced; like virgin-level pure. It was downright criminal for someone that sexy to be so untouched. What choice did she have? She couldn't leave her bestie to make a fool of himself with the woman he’d loved since he was a teenager. She'd give him a few pointers, let him practice a few kisses on her, maybe teach him a slow burn kiss, or the right way to cup a woman's breast, then send him on his merry way. He just needed a few kisses under his belt and he’d be fine for his date. The bumped heads and smooshed noses Chloe expected. What she hadn't counted on, was liking Liam’s kisses. A lot. When the practice sessions become a major turn on for Chloe, how will she keep her pesky libido in check? And worse, how was she supposed to hand him over to another woman after she’d fallen for him so hard?

This F. Scott Fitzgerald (フィッツジェラルド) collection compiles the works on which the fame of one of the most fascinating writers of the twentieth century was built. Francis Scott Fitzgerald became a mouthpiece for ideas and expressed the spiritual moods bubbling amongst the young people during the 1920s. Fitzgerald, in the words of Amory from This Side of Paradise (1920), wrote that a generation had “grown up to find all God’s dead, all wars fought, all faiths in man shaken”. Fitzgerald was the first to tell the world about the commencement of the “jazz age” with its carnival approach towards life- a lifestyle which he also followed. However, as a sensitive artist, he could not help but notice the dualistic nature of this philosophy. Fitzgerald's writing demonstrated that a life spent at the carnival would inevitably lead to bankruptcy. Fitzgerald often worked on multiple short stories simultaneously while writing his novels. Later, these stories were compiled. His relationship and love for his wife Zelda fueled much of his writing. Her diagnosis and hospitalization for schizophrenia in 1930 affected him greatly. In his later years, Fitzgerald worked in Hollywood on movie scripts. His last novel, The Last Tycoon, remained unfinished at the time of his death in 1940 and reflected his Hollywood experiences. This work is the second of a multi-volume treatise. It covers Federal Judicial Powers, the Bill of Rights, Individual Rights: the 9th Amendment, State Powers, Powers Denied to States, and Separation of Powers. The volume is styled, The Kiss of Judice: The Constitution Betrayed—A Coroner's Inquest and Report. “Judice”, Latin, a pun, means “pertaining to judges”; thus denoting the judicial, Judas-like betrayal of the Constitution. “Coroner's Inquest” denotes that the work is a study into the death of the Constitution. Your author is the Coroner. He proceeds in the Inquest with the aid of his Coroner's Jury: Jefferson, Madison, Hamilton, Story, Locke, and Blackstone. The work in this volume is a dialogue between the Coroner and his jury on the various parts of the Constitution covered. The jury members answer the Coroner's questions, for the most part in their own words, drawn from a variety of their written works. Occasionally the Coroner puts words in their mouths; those “inventions” are shown in brackets in the jurors' answers. The work is novel, because, to the author's knowledge, it is the only “Constitutional Law” textbook that collects the wisdom of the framers as the Constitution's only authoritative sources; it does not, as most Constitutional Law texts do, emphasize court cases as constitutional authority, for more often than not, the courts have only warped the Constitution. In a broader sense, though, the work is not novel, for it's only an arrangement of the work already done by the jurors. The author is pleased to say that the work, by and large, is not original thought. Its beauty is that it only revives long-forgotten constitutional “discoveries” as set in the words of the main jurors and some others within “interviewed”. Learning the details of others' sex lives is the most enticing of guilty pleasures. We measure our own practices against the normalcy that sex surveys seek to capture. Special interest groups use or attack survey findings (such as the claim that 10% of Americans are gay) for their own ends. Indeed, we all have some stake in these surveys, be it self-justification, recrimination, or curiosity--and this testifies to their significance in our culture. Kiss and Tell chronicles the history of sex surveys in the United States over a century of changing social and sexual mores. Julia Ericksen and Sally Steffen reveal that the survey questions asked, more than the answers elicited, expose and shape the popular image of appropriate sexuality. We can learn as much about the history and practice of sexuality by looking at surveyors' changing concerns as we can by reading the results of their surveys. The authors show how surveys have reflected societal anxieties about adolescent development, teen sex and promiscuity, and AIDS, and have been employed in efforts to preserve marriage and to control women's sexuality. Kiss and Tell is an important examination of the role of social science in shaping American sexual patterns. Revealing how surveys of sexual behavior help create the issues they purport merely to describe, it reminds us how malleable and imperfect our knowledge of sexual behavior is.
