I covered many major cities as my fortunes ebbed and flowed, but always came up smelling like a rose! How sweet it was! In The Game Was Good to Me I do not use the real names of my friends, associates, and acquaintances unless I have their full approval; otherwise, substitute names are used to protect their privacy.
