The result of all this has cc been somewhat to modify some of the opinions expressed in the last edition. Chapter I. is new. The form for an election 5 petition is much fuller than any which I have seen elsewhere; and the reasons why so full a form is to be preferred appear from the chapter itself. The abstract of the actual particulars delivered in the Montgomery Boroughs case of 1892 made by me at the time is another feature special to this work, which it is hoped may be useful to practitioners.
