Army, to the Secretary of War, 1912 The mean strength Of Officers was as obtained from the reports of sick and wounded of the Medical Department, and from the Office of The Adjutant General. There were admissions, 20 deaths, and constantly noneffective from all causes, equal to ratios of and as compared with ratios of and per for the year 1910. The constantly non effective rate was thus slightly lower than for 1910, but the death and admission rates were higher.
