If the copula of each enacting verb are joined immediately to their enacting verbs, and not thrown in a heap together to be afterwards discriminated and distributed to their proper subjects and actions, referendo singula singulis, each legal action will, as a consequence, stand out singly and simply, and the whole law will be as easy to compose, as it will be, when composed, easy of comprehension and terse in style.
