Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave ? He knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save what He will. His throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is the Sublime, the Tremendous.Sura 14 4 And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them. Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Wise. According to the above verses, Allah reigns absolute over the past and the present, including the future. There is no doubt about the Quran . It confirms the previously given biblical scriptures . And is an exposition of them . Therefore the Quran claims to be a continuation of the biblical scriptures . This bold statement shall be tested here . That a study mindful of the chronological order of events is unnecessary nor appropriate is further proved by the above mentioned helter-skelter arrangement . Nor is familiarity of the Arabic language necessary . For surely Allah has also brought about the English translation . Or is It not supreme ? Is It not the God of languages ( Sura 14: 4 ) ?

On the question of originality there can hardly be two opinions now that the Koran has been thoroughly compared with the Christian and Jewish traditions of the time; and it is, besides some original Arabian legends, to those only that the book stands in any close relationship. Mr. Maulana Muhammad Ali comments in his English translation of the Quran that the 2nd part of 5: 14 is a prophecy fulfilled: " that there shall always be hatred and enmity between the various Christian peoples has proved true in all ages, and never more clearly than in modern times with the World Wars in Europe " This is ridiculous to say the least ! Quranic boasting : Sura 2 : 255 - God! There is no god But He,--the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Sura 41 44. Had We sent this as a Qurán (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! a foreign (tongue) and (a Messenger) an Arab?" Say: "It is a Guide and a Healing to those who believe; and for those who believe not, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness in their (eyes): they are (as it were) being called from a place far distant!"A definite proof that Allah is limited in Its authority over human languages . Muhammad was playing the role of Allah . And of course Allah-Muhammad's boasting never ceases . Sura 39 28. (It is) a Qurán in Arabic, without any crookedness (therein): in order that they may guard against Evil. Sura 10 37. This Qurán is not such as can be produced by other than Allah. on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the Worlds.Sura 482. Do they not consider the Qurán (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy.Intent The claim that the Quran is infallible shall be tested here .
