C. Preferably such applications should be sent through the local county agricultural agent. Field workers of the department should send their applica tions to the Office of Motion Pictures through their respective bureaus. When requesting motion pictures, applicants should state whether 35-millimeter (stand ard-width), 16-millimeter (narrow-width), or sound motion pictures are desired. Unless this information is furnished with each application, it is assumed that the request is for 35 millimeter silent motion pictures.
