The author of this inspirational book has filled its pages with love and compassion, a rare insight into God's Word, and with love for all God's creatures. She sincerely believes that God loves everyone and wants each one to surrender his life to Him. She truly desires to be an instrument in His hands to spread His precious love to all. The poems, written over a period of years, are a product of her daily devotions early in the morning. She has gained a love for His Word through her daily study of the Bible and has been inspired by the many writers whose words she has loved and admired. The desire to write poetry was instilled in her at a young age as she had much time to ponder on God's love and the beauty of His creation. Throughout life He has been close by her side to guide her in His ways and to provide guidance through wonderful loving parents, dedicated teachers and Christian leaders. He has been her Counselor, Comforter and Guide through the difficult times in her life. The years were lonesome after losing her husband but a loving God has given her an entirely new life and given her the joy of serving Him. After her retirement she lived in the country and enjoyed hours of walking and praising God for the beauty He created for us to enjoy. These excursions gave her much material for her writing. She feels it is only fitting that these last years she has should be dedicated to writing poems and gratefully praising Him for His goodness through her lifetime. Her prayer is that Morning Moments With My Master will be an encouragement to all who read. Fern Hanlin Coberly was born in Kanawha County, West Virginia, July 21, 1928. She graduated from Tanner High School in Gilmer County and attended Glenville State College. She earned her Accredited Records Technician Certificate and served as Medical Record Librarian at Spencer State Hospital, Spencer, West Virginia, for thirteen years. She was widowed in 1974 and enrolled in Appalachian Bible College, Bradley, West Virginia, in 1976. She graduated in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Bible and Christian Education. She was appointed Dean of Women in 1979 and served in that office until her retirement in 1989. After residing in Gilmer Couny for fifteen years, she moved to Elyria, Ohio, where she is an active member of the Church of the Open Door. She published her first book of poetry, Moments Of Meditation, Sharing God's Love, in April,2007.

What is a "non-devotional"? Typical devotions are date specific, approximately same in length, and the messaging, while definitely powerful, are written in a more casual, easy digestible format. Moments with the Master is numbered by day, 1-366, allowing it to be started any time during the year, and was written to provoke contemplation with the Lord. Deep in consideration, readable in style, Moments with the Master will encourage love and good deeds, as well as embolden believers to the Great Commission. Oh, how grand it would be if we all approached the complex issues facing politicians and society today with a heart that asked, "How is this response pleasing to the Father?" We would touch the environment with trembling hands, for it is His creation. We would protect the sanctity of life, for it is His domain. We would mete out judgment for violating laws, for He is just. We would tend the homeless and hungry, for He is compassionate. We would live a Christ-centered morality, for He is holy. We would better allocate our wealth and position, for His worth is beyond measure. All these things we would do even if it costs us or our lives, for He is greater even than death!

Photographers are provided with a shooting guide that walks them through the wedding day and offers advice on a variety of topics—including integrating detail, capturing the walk down the aisle, working in and out of doors, and finding and illustrating key relationships. Traditional and “in” methods of wedding photography are depicted in an educational timeline that explores past, present, and future trends in the field; current photo manipulation software, such as Adobe Photoshop and compatible plugins, are also discussed. Emphasis is placed on client interaction both before and after the big day, transforming prints into fine arts products, and developing and fine tuning a creative shooting style.

Think of all the moments you "lose" stuck in traffic, standing in line, waiting for a download. And think of all the moments you "waste" working when you're not focused, or fiddling with your phone. What if each of these moments offered you an extraordinary opportunity? In One-Moment Meditation, now published in eight languages, Martin Boroson distills the philosophy of time into a simple form of meditation that you can do anywhere, anytime. It begins with an exercise that takes just one minute per day. With practice, this takes less and less time, until it only takes a moment. Then each and every moment gives you a chance to reduce stress, refresh your mind, and open yourself to new possibilities. This unique approach to meditation was featured as a thirty-day series for stress reduction on Oprah.com. Playful, profound, and above all, practical, One-Moment Meditation teaches you that inner peace is not a distant goal reserved for saints and sages, and it doesn't take a lot of time: it only takes a moment. "It's hard to overestimate how helpful this technique could be." - Psychologies magazine "This gem of a book is a marvelous launching pad for anyone who wants to rest in the now, the only time there is." - Larry Dossey, M.D., author of Reinventing Medicine "Martin Boroson's fantastic book ... is all about learning to condense the practice of meditation into these fleeting moments. And about how, from a certain perspective, a sequence of fleeting moments are all we ever really have anyway." - Oliver Burkeman, The Guardian
