NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING SERIES • Is America ready for its first queen? If you can't get enough of Harry and Meghan and Will and Kate, you'll love this sequel to the New York Times bestseller that imagines America's own royal family--and all the drama and heartbreak that entails. Crazy Rich Asians meets The Crown. Perfect for fans of Red, White, and Royal Blue and The Royal We. Power is intoxicating. Like first love, it can leave you breathless. Princess Beatrice was born with it. Princess Samantha was born with less. Some, like Nina Gonzalez, are pulled into it. And a few will claw their way in. Ahem, we're looking at you Daphne Deighton. As America adjusts to the idea of a queen on the throne, Beatrice grapples with everything she lost when she gained the ultimate crown. Samantha is busy living up to her "party princess" persona...and maybe adding a party prince by her side. Nina is trying to avoid the palace--and Prince Jefferson--at all costs. And a dangerous secret threatens to undo all of Daphne's carefully laid "marry Prince Jefferson" plans. A new reign has begun.... "Inventive, fresh, and deliciously romantic--American Royals is an absolute delight!" --Sarah J. Maas, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Throne of Glass series and Court of Thorns and Roses series

Originally published in 1931, the study reported in this book was undertaken as part of the research programme of the Canadian National Committee for Mental Hygiene. It represents a systematic inquiry into the social and emotional behaviour of pre-school children as observed from day to day in a nursery school. The study extended over a period of three years, and it concerned children between the ages of two and five years who were in attendance at the McGill University Nursery School and child laboratory. It can now be read and enjoyed in its historical context.

Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the time-other's Nursery Tales by Katharine Pyle.Pyle was born in Wilmington on November 22, 1863, the youngest of four children. His parents, William Pyle and Margaret Churchman Painter Pyle, belonged to the ancient Quaker families of Wilmington. The home environment has been described as warm and conducive to learning and creation. Katharine spent her entire life in the Wilmington area, except for four years in New York in the 1890s.Katharine Pyle was one of the most prolific authors in Delaware, having participated in the creation of more than 50 children's books, but little information has been published about her life. For anyone who dares to the rarefied air of collecting children's books, their works would be a challenging and rewarding goal.In 1879, while a 16-year-old student at Wilmington's Misses Hebb School, her poem "The Piping Shepherd" was published in Atlantic Monthly. He was asked by his illustrator brother Howard (1953-1911) to contribute verses and drawings for his The Wonder Clock, published by Harper in 1888. He studied at the Philadelphia School of Design for Women with classmates such as Bertha Corson Day and at the Drexel Institute in his brother's illustration class.
