Although the word "karma” is Sanskrit and is associated with Eastern religions, it simply refers to the law of cause and effect. Karma is not blind destiny or divine judgment, but is the principle the describes the natural reverberation that emerges from every action, whether that action is physical, emotion, mental, or spiritual. Suffering and pain are not punishment from a tyrant God, nor are they "normal” or mere "coincidence.” When we truly understand the law of action and consequence, we can see that our lives are a result of our own moment to moment ignorance of the effects of our actions. We create our own suffering, therefore, we can create our own happiness instead, if we know how. No matter what religion or background we come from, through conscious action from moment to moment, we can originate a new set of causes, which in turn will generate a new set of results. This is how we can revolutionize our life. The power to change is in our hands. • Useful for followers of any spiritual tradition • Gives practical methods to change our lives today • Supported by solid science and authentic spiritual traditions

Of all the huge natural disasters that claimed the lives of thousands in Asia, the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 was the largest, estimated to have killed more than 230,000 people. The scope of damage brought about by this natural disaster urges focus on recovery and post-disaster reconstruction from several perspectives. Here we find an in-depth ethnography of Thailand and the role of culture and religion as an underpinning issue in post-disaster recovery. Following the post-tsunami recovery over five years, the book provides knowledge on socio-cultural responses from affected local communities after natural hazards, and is based on original material collected in Thailand after the 2004 tsunami. With a focus on how culture and religion interplay in the processes of building resilience and decreasing vulnerability, it gives a deeper understanding of how disasters are experienced and dealt with on a local level. It examines survivors’ experiences of rituals and ceremonies that became a part of the survivors’ lives in new ways after the tsunami, offering psychological reassurance and religious efficaciousness as well as communication links between themselves and the deceased. Using observations, narratives and material from in-depth interviews with survivors, relatives, relief workers, officials and Buddhist monks and nuns, this book contributes to the research on anthropology of disaster and to the development of research on cultural resilience and religion in post-disaster recovery. It will be of interest to scholars of Disaster Studies, Buddhist Studies and Asian Studies.

So, you’ve got Bugs. How demons cause diseases, most notably; cancer, diabetes, dementia, bipolar syndrome and many others. This is a revealing of a long and well hidden truth about the essence of the spiritual element of the human soul. The world is currently in the throes of descending into an era of war, corruption, criminality, rioting, discontent, severe climate changes, etc, just as predicted in the book of Revelations and one of the main indicators of this is the dramatic, and exponentially rapidly increasing, incidence of auto-immune and psychological diseases. These diseases, despite decades or even millennia of research, have no known or determined chemical or physical initiation of the disease in afflicted people. This book explains how this all ties together and the reason for the existence of all religions and the effect thereon by acquiring a demon and how easy this can happen. No-one is immune to this disease and eternal vigilance is necessary to clear and maintain a pure soul. Here in I have described the manner in which the demon entity overrides the programming of the genome and the brain thought processes to cause aberrant behavior resulting in severe consequences to the spiritual cleanliness of inflicted people and then the method of clearing the demon from the soul permanently. The methodology has very strict rules which have to date never been explained and if not applied correctly will lead to the afflicted person becoming worse off than before (also biblical). I have drawn most of the knowledge herein from the Bible but also from other spiritual writings as well as personal experience.

This is simply a compilation of a part of the described teachings and that can be extended to other deeper ones in future publications. This is only the beginning of all that we still need to know about ourselves. That is why we were taught “Homo, nosce te ipsum” in the initiatory temples. Man, know yourself, and you will know the universe and the gods.
