We are delighted to present the proceeding of the 4th International Conference on Accounting, Management, and Economics (ICAME – 2019) held on 25th October 2019 in Makassar, Indonesia. ICAME is an annual agenda of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Hasanuddin. The rapid advancement in the business industry in the industrial revolution 4.0 era brings significant challenges not only to the business environment but also to university as higher education institutions to produce graduates who are able to compete globally as well as to adapt with changes in technology development. This is the background of ICAME – 2019 theme which is “Enlightening Research Paradigm in Business and Economics beyond Industrial Revolution 4.0”. The purpose of this conference is to produce qualified research and publications which is in turn expected to be referenced in solving society issues. In addition, this event is a forum to establish a network among academicians and business practitioners to encourage the growth of innovation and creativity in the field of Accounting, Management, and Economics. It is with great pleasure we introduce the proceeding of the 5th International Conference on Accounting, Management, and Economics (ICAME 2020) on The New Normal Economy. This conference has gathered researchers, academicians, and practitioners who are concerned with the topics, developing policy recommendations towards a better resilience amidst crises. The theme of the 5th International Conference on Accounting, Management, and Economics (ICAME 2020) was “The New Normal Economy: Risk-Based Decision Making in Economics, Management, and Accounting Perspectives”. The Sentimental Life of International Law is about our age-old longing for a decent international society and the ways of seeing, being, and speaking that might help us achieve that aim. This book asks how international lawyers might engage in a professional practice that has become, to adapt a title of Janet Malcolm's, both difficult and impossible. It suggests that international lawyers are disabled by the governing idioms of international lawyering, and proposes that they may be re-enabled by speaking different sorts of international law, or by speaking international law in different sorts of ways. An International Study of Film Museums examines how cinema has been transformed and strengthened through museological and archival activities since its origins and asks what paradoxes may be involved, if any, in putting cinema into a museum.
