I end this prologue with a quote of a great man in history of mankind: Abraham Lincoln: "You can fool some of the people, some of the time; BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. This is a book - main part already written in 1998 - my opinion in this matter hasn't changed - only confirmed themselves. USA is the most well developed democracies in the whole wide world. Most fargoing in just that subject: being democracy. My opinion but also says it self - the very best nation on earth. I work in United States of America done since 8th of January 1998. And I do love the United States of America. Being born on the 7th of May 1960. My heart do belong to Norway, USA, Israel and UK - in gratitude. What I do believe in is though that the United States of America has to run the race of being the leading star of how democracy be done.
