Guides US on the Right Path is a compilation of articles. Put together in book form for the purpose of demonstrating the author¿s consistent social and political leanings over a period of time. The nuances of each piece in this context suggest a bit of the prophetic nature of the writings. The significance is even more noteworthy because of the contemporary implications. To this extent the author has strong convictions and is happy to stand behind the validity of all chapters. There is an additional inference. A highlighted belief, we as individual and the United States of America as a country go through critical points in development and that now as a people and a country we live in such a time. As in all cases we hope for the best knowing things are not perfect. The general credo of the book describes the path traveled has a heavy dependency on a lofty interpretation of grace and the significant role it plays in the overall guidance of all things. Interesting enough Chapter 17, ¿The Vedic Eight¿ weighed heavily inspiring the assembling of the collection. As much as the underlying points of this section have merit the chapter now holds the weakest place in regards to the confidence level about the accuracy of the theme from a prophetic standpoint. Please take time to read these articles and I pray the true meaning finds its way into your heart.

It is a well-established fact nowadays that modernity impacts Islam, but there has not been much focus on how modernity impacts the Qur’ān, the foundational text of Islam and the verbatim word of God. This book argues that the early Muslim Qur’ān translations into English are attempts to reconcile the Qur’ān with modernity by producing translations that encompass modern concepts and interpretations of the Qur’ān. Are these modern concepts and interpretations valid or they alter the word of God? This is the main question that the book attempts to answer, particularly that these early translations have affected and still affect Qur’ān translation.

The Bible’s True History of Jesus: According to the King James Version is a biblical study on the three major aspects of the life of so-called Jesus, (1) his birth, (2) his Life, and (3) his Death. There is a false narrative about the life of Jesus. (1) There was no immaculate conception. He was conceived and birthed like every human being that has been and is walking on this earth. (2)The belief that he is God is a belief to deceive the people. (3) Jesus never died on the cross and came back to life according to the Bible. The Resurrection is the greatest deception that has ever been taught to the world. This book is a study and must be read and studied as such.

Decision-making is a fundamental aspect of our daily lives, shaping our paths through the resolutions we reach after careful consideration. From the simplest choices to the most complex dilemmas, individuals continuously navigate the terrain of decision-making throughout their lifetimes. These decisions serve as compass points, guiding us toward the fulfillment of our goals and aspirations, whether they lead to positive outcomes or negative consequences. How many individuals truly take the time to thoroughly consider the available facts before diving into the decision-making process? Engaging in wise deliberation of facts prior to making a decision is crucial for ensuring that the resulting choice will have a meaningful impact, whether on the individual themselves or the circumstances at hand. So, how does one go about making a wise decision? It involves carefully weighing the available information, considering potential consequences, and evaluating the implications for both oneself and others in the surrounding community. Ultimately, the decisions we make not only shape our own lives but also have far-reaching effects on the well-being and experiences of those around us. In the modern world, we observe a striking dichotomy between Jesus’ purpose-driven ethos and the prevalent self-centered pursuits that often consume individuals. Amidst the clamor for material possessions, societal status, and personal comfort, many seem to lose sight of life’s deeper significance. While the pursuit of such desires is not inherently erroneous, an excessive fixation on them can obscure individuals from fulfilling their higher calling.

The Tablīghī Jamā‘at is a twentieth century faith renewal movement, which is presently operating in more than eighty countries. With millions of participants, its annual conference has become the second largest Muslim congregation after the Hajj. In the absence of official writings and its abstinence from media publicity, the Jamā‘at can best be studied by participant observation, as illustrated by the studies of its activities in India, Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Morocco and South Africa, which are presented in this volume. Studying the historical and social growth of this movement in India, its transnational transformation, the development of its ideology, particularly on the questions of conversion, gender, religious diversity, organization, communication, adjustment with the local environment and personal transformation, this volume offers fascinating information about contemporary da‘wa phenomenon in Islam.

From the Foreword This Concordance of the Qur'an in English satisfies a paramount need of those—and there are millions of them—who have no command of the Arabic language and yet desire to understand the Qur'an. The benefit derivable from English translations of the Sacred Book is, in principle, limited because, first, the Qur'an is not a "book" but a collection of passages revealed to Muhammad over a period of about twenty-three years and, second, because the Qur'an is not really translatable. This does not mean that the Qur'an should not be translated. It does mean that translations lose much in tone and nuance, let alone the incommunicable beauty, grandeur, and grace of the original. . . . The main distinction of Hana Kassis's concordance, in my view, is that it utilizes the semantic structure of Arabic vocabulary itself in revealing the meaning of the Qur'an on any given issue, point or concept. A reader who looks in the index of this concordance for a word which he has encountered in reading an English translation of the Qur'an—the word pride, for example—is directed immediately to the roots of the Arabic, Qur'anic terms for pride. At tne entries for these Arabic roots, all the derivative forms are shown, and the verses of the Qur'an in which they appear are there listed in translation. . . . I am confident that any person who is sincerely interested in understanding the Qur'an and appreciating the nuances of its diction and shades of its meaning can satisfy his need more fully with this book than in any way short of developing a real command over the Arabic language itself. —Fazlur Rahman, Professor of Islamic Thought, University of Chicago
