As an example, you should be able to: Practice exercises to slower or faster tempos; with or without a metronome; and physically on your instrument or away from your instrument. Improve your ability to transpose sequences from a major key to a minor key, or up or down by a set interval. Improve your improvisational skills and technical agility while working on transpositions. As you can see from the above list, one exercise can yield a lot of results and benefits. While the information presented can be a lot at times throughout the book, it's very important to remember to be patient with the exercises and take it slowly at first.
