This Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment (CCP/EA) describes three alternatives for three of the refuges in the Eastern Massachusetts National Wildlife Refuge Complex (Complex): Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge, Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge and Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge.
