At first, we were delayed by want of means. Then, 'the copying of the cards on sheets for the use of the printers consumed some time, as this required closely written sheets of foolscap. And finally, the printing of such a large work was necessarily slow, and has consumed over a year. But we are at last able to offer the work complete.
