Their two children, Keziah (ca. 1771) and Tinch (ca. 1777) were born in the part of Guilford County, North Carolina, which was also included later in Randolph County. Tinch's ancestors and related families came from Kentucky and North Carolina in the 1700's. During the 1800's, some families moved to in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
