The study utilized face to face recorded interviews. The study revealed four themes that emerged frequently amongst the participants. The results indicated values and beliefs provide meaning for ethical leaders and guide their beliefs around what is right and what is wrong. It is recommended that organizational cultures focus more on individual beliefs around ethical decision making as opposed to organizational rules or policies regarding conduct.
