Excerpt from Thirteenth Annual Report for the Year Ending March 31, 1917: Part One, Minutes of Annual Meeting; Part Two, Contributions The Thirteenth Annual Meeting of the Canadian Seed Growers' Association was held in the office of the Seed Commissioner, Canadian Building, Ottawa, on July 3lst, 1917. The President, Dr. James W. Robertson occupied the chair and in opening the meeting explained that the Convention this year would deal exclusively with the business of the Association as it was not thought practicable under present conditions to bring delegates long distances to attend a large popular gathering. The minutes of the last meeting were taken as read. The Report of the Board of Directors was then submitted by the Secretary as was also the Secretary's Report.
