To effectively reduce these impacts/implication there is need to put into place programmes(population/health) tailored towards these adolescents/youths in Kenya especially geared to provide then with affordable, accessible and efficient family planning and health care services, family life education and also importantly creation of income generation projects to empower them economically, to enhance their educational status beyond primary level through secondary and ultimately university level for female adolescents. This will provide them proper knowledge to enable them make informed decisions and choices in their life.Traditional African cultures (female genital mutilation/cutting, earlier marriages and abortion) to be totally discouraged in the society. There is need for micro level research.
