Excerpt from A Students d104 on the Law of Principal and Agent This book has been written with a view to its use as a class room text; and is addressed, therefore, primarily, to students. Though no attempt has been made to reduce a treatment of the law of Agency to the simplicity of a primer, yet it is believed that the rules have been stated, and the principles discussed, with sufficient clearness and conciseness to bring them within grasp of the ordinarily intelligent student of law.
